Vol. 6 No. 01 (2020): Creative Research Journal
This CR Journal Vol. 06 No. 01 June 2020 consists of 5 (five) articles covering several sectors with titles: 1) Characterization of Determining Factors for the Sustainability of KUB Chicken Farming Development by Poor Households in Garut Regency, 2) Policy Networking in the Implementation of the Ecovillage Program in Mekarmukti Village, West Bandung Regency, 3) Busy Hour Factor of Urban Road Network Using Fixed Hour Interval and Moving Hour Interval Methods (Case Study of Road Sections in Cimahi City), 4) Determination of Risk Areas for Drainage Aspects of Cimahi City Based on the 2018 City Sanitation Strategy Guidelines, 5) Analysis of Community Willingness to Pay for the Provision of PDAM Tirta Raharja Services Using the Contingent Valuation Method.
In the first article, the research results show that the motivation of RTM, input suppliers, marketing intermediaries, consumer desire, guidance from officers, selling price, business location, and KUB chicken quality have a significant influence on the development of KUB chicken. Meanwhile, the factors of competitors and promotion do not have a significant influence on the development of KUB chicken. Then, in the second article, the research results show that the actors involved consist of only 3 (three) elements, namely the West Java Provincial BPLHD, the Mekarmukti Village Government, and the Ecovillage Cadres. Some of the obstacles faced are the lack of commitment from the Village Head, limited operational budget, and suboptimal community involvement. The researchers recommend that the Ecovillage Cadres optimize the involvement of media, research institutions/universities, and other community groups in the Ecovillage program in their village.
In the third article, the study shows the value of the Busy Hour Factor in the urban road network system for variations in function and road type with a case study in Cimahi City, which is in the range of 0.79-0.98 with an average of 0.91. Another finding is that the reverse moving hour interval method can be used as an approach to obtain the value of the Busy Hour Factor in conditions of limited resources. Next, in the fourth article, the factors that influence the risk score are the tidal influence, the area of the flooded area, and the percentage of the flooded area), the sanitation risk index score (SRI) based on EHRA, and the perception of RAO (Regional Apparatus Organization). Meanwhile, the impact factors consist of the number of residents, population density, poverty rate, and urban/rural function. In the fifth article, the WTP value for the levy is Rp 51,180/month with a TWTP of Rp 39,152,528. The factors that influence the size of the WTP installation are the number of people in 1 household and average income, while the WTP retribution is influenced by average income. The recommendation given for residents who are unable to subscribe to PDAM is to build communal wells.
