This CR Journal Vol. 06 No. 02 December 2020 consist of 5 (five) scientific articles that covering several sectors with the topics: 1). Growth and Result from New Varieties of Rich at Majalengka Region; 2). Opportunities and Challenges West Java Province Government in Encouraging 4.0 Industrial Revolution in Industry Sector; 3). A Logical Framework Approach for SMEs Term of Reference, Budget Plan and Cooperative Project; 4). The Dilemma of Online Learning: Case Study at Muslim Community Homeschool at Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon, Jawa Barat; 5). Risk and Bias Cognitive Perspective in Prevention of Covid-19 Spread in Jawa Barat, Indonesia.
In the first article, the research result showed that Padjajaran New Super Varieties giving diversity between varieties in ergonomic character. The Padjadjaran variety provides a sum of productive tillers, panicle length, number of filled grains per panicle, number of empty grains per panicle relatively better with a productivity of 7.98 t ha-1. The results of the farmer preference test showed that the preferred varieties were the Padjadjaran and Cakrabuana varieties so that they can be used as an alternative for variety rotation in the same agro-ecosystem and season in rice fields. Then, in the second article, the research findings reveal opportunities for the West Java Provincial Government to encourage the implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts in the industrial sector in West Java, focusing on aspects such as government commitment to industrial sector development, availability of supporting industrial infrastructure, and government networks for industrial sector development.
The third article shows that the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs needs to improve its perception of the new system, as the Terms of Reference (TOR) and budget plan cannot fully describe the project comprehensively. Next, the fourth article, based on the perspectives of the teachers mentioned, indicates that schools within pesantren environments have various efforts to enhance online learning effectiveness, including: utilizing Hybrid Learning, providing free data for students and teachers, and offering space for teachers to learn with peers in using IT. The fifth article demonstrates that respondents' perception of COVID-19 still needs improvement to ensure that community behavior during the New Habit Adaptation (AKB) period continues to adhere to health protocols. Additionally, knowledge about vaccines among respondents needs to be enhanced through the provision of more strategic and widespread information.
