CR Journal Vol. 02 No. 02 consists of 6 (six) articles with the following titles: 1) The Impact of Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) on Rice Production and Farmers' Income in Jati Village, Cianjur Regency 2) Port Development Needs to Support West Java Regional Development 3) The Effect of Mineral Leaf Fertilizer and Liquid Organic Fertilizer Application on Growth Improvement of Ready-to-Distribute Tea Seedlings 4) Performance and Digestibility of Male Garut Sheep in Response to the Addition of Fermented Sorghum Forage Waste in the Ration 5) Decision Support System for Land Asset Potential in West Java Province 6) Social-Emotional Intelligence of Children Aged 5-6 Years in Early Childhood Education Institutions in Bandung City.

The first article examines the impact of the PUAP Program on rice production and real farmer income in Jati Village (PUAP Program recipient) and Jamali Village (non-recipient of PUAP Program). The second article discusses the influence of maritime activities on regional development in West Java province. Meanwhile, the third and fourth articles focus on increasing the percentage of ready-to-distribute seedlings through the application of mineral and organic fertilizers in nurseries and implementing fermented sorghum forage waste-based feed on the performance and digestibility of Male Garut Sheep, respectively. In the next article (fifth), the analysis process is conducted using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and the Asset Potential DSS is developed as a web-based system to facilitate information access and is compatible with all web-accessible devices. In the final article (sixth), the authors conduct a descriptive study approach on children's social-emotional intelligence. The sample used consists of 202 children from 16 early childhood education institutions spread across 5 sub-districts in Bandung City, West Java Province.
