Focus and Scope
CR Journal (which is an abbreviation of Creative Research for West Java Development Journal) is a media for publishing the results of scientific research in various scientific disciplines to solve development problems in West Java Province
Peer Review Process Policy
CR Journal uses an online submission and review system. Every manuscript submission and review of every article must be managed using this system and based on the Peer Review Process Policy as follows:
- The CR Journal Editorial Board is responsible for paper selection and reviewer selection.
- Articles must be reviewed by at least one independent reviewer.
- The reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author also does not know the identity of the reviewer (double blind review)
- The review process will consider novelty, objectivity, methods, scientific impact, conclusions, and references.
- The editor will send the final decision regarding submission to the corresponding author based on the reviewer's recommendations.

The CR Journal Editorial Board must protect the confidentiality of all materials submitted to the journal and all communications with reviewers.
Publication Frequency
CR Journal is published 2 (two) times a year, namely in June and December
Open Access Statement
CR Journal is an open access journal which means all content is available free of charge at no cost to the user or the institution. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of the article, or use it for any other lawful purpose, without first asking permission from the publisher or author.
Article Processing Fees
Every article submitted to CR Journal will not be subject to any 'Article Processing Fee'. This includes submission, review, editing, publishing, maintenance and archiving, and allows direct access to full-text versions of articles.
Plagiarism Check
The editor will run a plagiarism check using Turnitin for the submitted manuscript. We do not process any plagiarized content. If a manuscript has more than 20% plagiarism, we will send the manuscript back to the author to revise the sections for plagiarized content.
Reference
Every article submitted to CR Journal must use the reference management software, Mendeley. For more about Mendeley, please visit: https://www.mendeley.com/
