Copyright and License Notice

Authors who publish in this journal agree to the following terms: 

1. Authors retain copyright and grant first publication rights to the journal with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license which allows others to share the work with acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
2. Journals allow authors to retain copyright without restriction and allow authors to retain publishing rights without restriction.
3. Authors may enter into separate additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of a journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
