PEMODELAN STRUKTUR DAN AKTIVITAS PERKOTAAN MELALUI PENDEKATAN CLOCKBOARD ZONING: STUDI KASUS KAWASAN CEKUNGAN BANDUNG

Pesatnya perkembangan kawasan metropolitan sering ditandai oleh ketidakseimbangan antara ekspansi fisik kawasan terbangun dan intensitas aktivitas perkotaan, sehingga pemahaman struktur dan fungsi kota menjadi parsial jika hanya ditinjau dari satu dimensi. Fenomena ini relevan dengan Cekungan Bandung yang mengalami tekanan urbanisasi intensif serta dinamika spasial yang tidak merata. Penelitian ini menganalisis struktur fisik dan aktivitas perkotaan di Cekungan Bandung melalui pendekatan pemodelan spasial terintegrasi. Pendekatan analisis spasial kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-eksplanatif. Struktur fisik dianalisis menggunakan Normalized Difference Built-up Index berbasis citra Sentinel-2, sementara aktivitas perkotaan direpresentasikan oleh data Nighttime Lights dari VIIRS Black Marble. Kedua indikator tersebut distandarisasi dan dianalisis melalui metode clockboard zoning. Hasil menunjukkan nilai maksimum NDBI mencapai 0,552 yang terkonsentrasi di kawasan inti metropolitan, sedangkan nilai rata-rata NDBI bersifat negatif, mengindikasikan dominasi area non-terbangun pada tingkat skala cekungan. Intensitas NTL tertinggi tercatat di Kota Bandung dengan nilai rata-rata 29,56 nW/cm²·sr dan kepadatan 117,67/km², sementara wilayah perifer menunjukkan penurunan intensitas yang lebih tajam. Klasifikasi bivariat NDBI–NTL pada 45 zona clockboard mendominasi oleh Sektor Transisi dan Sektor Dominan Berkembang, dengan Sektor Inti hanya mencakup 26,67% zona, mencerminkan pola pertumbuhan metropolitan Cekungan Bandung yang bersifat polisentris asimetris berbasis koridor.
