CR Journal Vol. 11 No. 02 December 2025 comprises 5 (five) articles spanning various scientific disciplines. Furthermore, this edition features 2 (two) articles sourced from West Java Research Summit (WJRS) 2024. The following are the titles published in CR Journal Vol. 11 No. 02 December 2025: 1) Potential Analysis of Strategic Area Development Based on Traditional and Modern Market Mapping in Bogor Regency; 2) Volatility Analysis and Strategic Recommendation Segmentation of Food Commodity Prices in West Java using Exponential Garch Modeling; 3) Revisiting Determinants of Open Unemployment Rate In West Java Province: A Regional Data Analysis; 4) Revitalization of Community Livestock Centers as a Strategy for Local Economic Transformation in West Java; and 5) Education City as a Knowledge Ecosystem: A Study on Knowledge Production in the Jatinangor Urban Area.

In the first article, the study revealed that minimarket development increased, with a total of 707 units spread across 24 sub-districts, and the distribution of traditional markets with a total of 111 units spread across 40 sub-districts. Strategic areas can be said to meet the land use pattern and spatial planning in Bogor Regency, where the majority of minimarkets are built in sub-districts that have rapid economic growth. Then, the second article explains the commodities with the smallest leverage effects are rice and chicken meat. Policy recommendations are provided based on the segmentation of leverage magnitude for each food commodity in West Java. For commodities with low leverage.

In the third article, based on the statistical analysis results, there was no significant correlation between regional minimum wage policies, inflation rates, and investment realization with the open unemployment rate. Meanwhile, economic growth, labor force participation rate, and average length of schooling have a negative correlation and a significant effect on the open unemployment rate.

Next, the fourth article indicate that weaknesses in internal governance, lack of cross-sectoral policy support, and limited value chain integration are key obstacles to the development of CSPs. Strategic opportunities exist through multi-stakeholder collaboration, the adoption of digital technology, and the integration of green economy principles. In the fifth article, the findings reveal that KPJ has a strong foundation in human capital and research productivity, primarily driven by the presence of leading higher education institutions such as Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and other competitive universities.
