This inaugural edition of CR Journal consists of 5 (five) articles covering several titles: (1) Economic Valuation of Marine Resources In Southern West Java. This article uses descriptive analysis and calculates the economic value of marine resources through the Total Economic Value (TEV) approach, which includes biotic resources such as marine fisheries (capture), aquaculture resources, coral reef resources, seagrass resources, and mangrove resources; non-biotic resources (iron sand); and environmental services (tourism services); (2) Assessment of Soil and Plant Nutrient Status In Tea Plantations of West Java and North Sumatra, which summarizes soil and plant analysis data on several soil orders located in tea plantations in West Java (Andisol, Entisol, and Inceptisol) in 2014 and North Sumatra (Ultisol) in 2012; (3) The Effect of Education Quality On Graduate Satisfaction in The DIII Midwifery Study Program at STIKes Tasikmalaya. This article uses an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional research design; (4) Design of Cast Steel Material for Link Track of Coal Bucket Wheel Excavator. The results of this study show that the composition of high-tensile steel material with Ni, Cr, and Mo alloys can achieve mechanical strength suitable for Link Track use; and (5) Surface Hardness Improvement of Ferro Casting Ductile (FCD) 700 Through Nitriding Process with Urea Media. In this study, the nitriding process is conducted based on the ratio of urea per nitriding surface area.
